Business Process Consultant – Global Projects

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Responsibilities

• Gather and map business requirements based on ServiceNow platform best practices
• Lead process workshops and promote best practices with global clients and teams
• Write user stories, structure backlogs, and plan Sprints using Scrum methodology
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to monitor development, integrated testing, and functional testing of ServiceNow solutions
• Ensure alignment between business needs, technology, and client strategy in international projects

Requisitos e qualificações

For this position, the following are mandatory:

• Experience implementing ServiceNow or similar platforms, working in at least one of the following modules: ITSM, ITBM, or CSM
• Experience leading or driving platform and solution implementations
• Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Advanced English for daily communication in global projects (mandatory requirement)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different levels, with experience delivering presentations and workshops
• Mandatory ServiceNow certifications:

o CSA (Certified System Administrator)

o CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) and/or CAD (Certified Application Developer)

• Previous experience working on global or international projects
• Strong ability to operate in multicultural environments
• A consultative, analytical, and solution-oriented profile
