About the Role
We're looking for a charismatic, motivated, and people-oriented professional to join our real estate sales team as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients—engaging with leads over the phone, through social media, and other digital channels. You'll play a key part in building relationships, generating qualified leads, and helping the sales team turn interest into closed deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, text messages, email, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage potential buyers and sellers.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to hand off to the sales or agent team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss).
- Build and manage relationships with potential clients through consistent and professional communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach campaigns and messaging.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead conversion goals.
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and company listings.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate lead generation (preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and engagement strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate or property-related sales.
- Confidence making cold calls and social media outreach.
- Bilingual communication skills (a plus).
Education
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: R$ R$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
