Team Overview
Safety Online Operations Team plays a vital role in driving both safety and acquisition growth across our ridehailing platform. The team is organized around three core areas: driver onboarding, risk prevention, and product operations. Together, we identify safety-critical requirements and translate them into scalable operational processes and product features. By working closely with cross-functional partners and frontline safety operations team, the team ensures that our platform maintains high safety standards while supporting efficient driver activation, proactive risk mitigation, and continuous improvement through data and technology. Our goal is to enable a safe, trusted, and sustainable experience for all users on the platform.
Role Responsibilities

Policy Design & Compliance

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve user onboarding policies to ensure compliance with local (Brazil) regulations
  • Partner with internal relevant risk control teams to address evolving government requirements

Audit Solutions & Process Optimization

  • Develop scalable user onboarding audit solutions aligned with business needs, including multi-channel audit processes
  • Identify efficiency gaps through data analysis; propose and implement improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency and user experience

Risk Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Proactively manage risks across the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle
  • Coordinate with global risk control, compliance, and product teams to align strategies and resolve issues
  • Vendor & Budget Oversight
  • Manage vendor partnerships for audit operations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor budget allocation and optimize resource utilization

Reporting & Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Design the OKR matrix and deliver actionable insights through data analysis to track OKR progress and audit performance.
  • Prepare compliance reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Role Qualifications

Required Capabilities:

  • 3-5 years in risk management, operations, or platform governance, preferably in user onboarding, compliance, or trust & safety roles
  • Proven ability to design audit frameworks, manage vendors, and execute compliance projects
  • Strong analytical skills: Experience with data visualization tools, and OKR/metrics design
  • Fluency in stakeholder management within global, cross-functional teams
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for global collaboration

Nice to Have:

  • SQL capability is strongly preferred
  • Background in platform/user safety strategies or fraud prevention
  • Familiarity with Brazilian regulatory environments
