Our Yacht Services team works with clients, captains and crew, providing an efficient, informed and personal service. We provide a fast-paced, rewarding environment and opportunities to work with a variety of global clients formulating and delivering the most appropriate, long-term solutions for owners of both private and commercial yachts.

Job summary:

A permanent contract to support the yacht management team as well as assist the wider yacht services with administrative functions. The role is based in Malta and will work alongside the client services administrator.

Job accountabilities:

  • Daily reconciliations of client pooled accounts
  • Daily reconciliations of client sub-accounts
  • Daily reconciliations of client pooled payroll accounts
  • Daily reconciliations of client payroll sub-accounts
  • Weekly reconciliations of client card accounts
  • Processing and posting of ownership client's invoices
  • Producing financial statements and audit reports for the Malta owning structures
  • Yacht charter accounts management, dealing with fiscal agents, VAT payments and APA reconciliation
  • Monthly crew payroll processing
  • Crew social security management
  • Support to and be able to substitute for the Malta client services officer.
  • Other reasonable tasks / projects that are set out by the Head of Yacht Management.

Minimum education and experience

  • A minimum of two years' relevant experience
  • A level or equivalent

Required skills

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills: both written and verbal
  • Pro-activity and Adaptability
  • Attention to detail and accurate data recording skills
