Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and diagnosis of ICT equipment
  • Installation and configuration of hardware and software across various platforms
  • Creation and management of user accounts in Hybrid Office 365 and Active Directory environments
  • Network and infrastructure security, reporting breaches to the ICT Manager
  • Monitoring and updating incident reports via Ticketing System
  • Management and maintenance of ICT asset inventory in cloud-based systems
  • Assistance with ICT checklists and HR training preparation
  • Support with access control systems technical issues
  • Collaboration with the Systems Engineer and ICT Manager on projects

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written language skills
  • Ideally, ICT Administrator or support experience, or ICT certifications
  • Reliable, empathetic, high work ethic, excellent attention to detail, organised and meticulous
  • Proactive and positive attitude, ability to work under pressure
