Chief of Staff – Sales at BairesDev
We are looking for a Chief of Staff – Sales to serve as a strategic partner to our Sales leadership team. This role is responsible for driving strategic alignment, overseeing key initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring that the Sales organization operates with discipline, focus, and clarity. Acting as a force multiplier for Sales leadership, you will connect strategy to execution, facilitate operational excellence, and help teams achieve their goals with precision.
What You'll Do:
- Lead program and project management efforts to ensure sales initiatives are executed on time and with impact.
- Drive strategic planning and goal management in close partnership with Sales leadership.
- Manage reporting and performance analysis, delivering insights that guide data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the operational cadence, communication, and alignment across the Sales organization.
- Optimize processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and special projects, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Track team actions and follow-ups, ensuring consistent execution against commitments.
- Provide direct leadership support, including meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow-through.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Program Management, SDR, Marketing, or a similar role supporting senior leadership in IT services or consulting.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and workload management skills.
- Proven ability to work with financial and performance data, with advanced Excel skills.
- Project and program management expertise, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and collaborative mindset.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and adaptability skills.
- Advanced English level.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in sales operations or strategic project delivery within technology or professional services.
