Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Manaus, Brazil. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting our products and solutions effectively. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive business growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Knowledge of the electronics industry and technology process partner solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
This position will be reporting directly to the General Manager in Brazil.
