Role Overview The Sales Development Manager – LATAM is a dual‑role position combining leadership and individual contribution. You will lead a regional SDR team while driving outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for strategic accounts. This role requires a hands‑on, results‑driven leader with expertise in B2B tech or IoT sales development, thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Key Responsibilities Drive outbound prospecting campaigns, qualify leads, and meet KPIs for outreach and pipeline development. Recruit, train, and manage SDRs across LATAM; implement coaching programs and monitor performance. Oversee SDR workflows, optimize lead quality, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events. Act as liaison between field sales, marketing, and global operations; ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or equivalent), track KPIs, and deliver performance insights. Serve as escalation point for key accounts and foster long‑term relationships. Analyze metrics, recommend process enhancements, and drive operational excellence. Qualifications Experience: 4+ years in SDR/BDR roles, including 1–2 years in leadership. Proven outbound sales success in B2B tech, SaaS, or IoT. Strong organizational and coaching abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms (Salesloft, Outreach). Entrepreneurial, hands‑on approach with adaptability to fast‑paced environments. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Ability to align solutions with customer business goals. Additional Details Location: Campinas, Brazil. Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays; on‑call availability for escalations.
