2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Summary The Antenna BD Section Manager will lead business development initiatives to expand the company’s antenna product portfolio across key industries and regions. This role combines market intelligence, customer acquisition, and channel development with close technical collaboration to deliver tailored antenna solutions. By building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships, the manager will drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and ensure successful delivery from project initiation to mass production. Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis: Study the demand and development trends for antenna products in target markets (e.g., telecommunications, automotive, IoT, consumer electronics). Customer Development and Relationship Maintenance: Proactively identify new clients and conduct business negotiations. Establish and maintain key client relationships, conduct regular visits, and participate in project reviews. Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to understand client application scenarios and product specifications and develop suitable solutions. Track project progress and coordinate internal resources for sample testing and mass production. Channel Management: Recruit and manage distributors, agents, and other partners. Support partners in product promotion and technical training. Sales and Strategy Support: Participate in quotations, contract negotiations, and order discussions. Assist in formulating sales strategies, pricing policies, and sales targets. Marketing and Promotion: Participate in exhibitions, industry conferences, and promotional campaigns. Support the marketing department in organizing product materials. Educational and Skill Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications Engineering (mandatory). Familiar with antenna products (e.g., FPC antennas, ceramic antennas, 4G/5G/LTE/NB/LoRa, etc.). Strong market development and business negotiation skills. Project coordination abilities and cross-department collaboration. Ability to read technical specifications and basic RF knowledge. Fluent English; Portuguese is required. Available to travel in LATAM countries.
