Resumo da Posição

O Field Scientist Specialist será responsável por fornecer suporte técnico-científico interno e externo, atuando como especialista em produtos e soluções da Promega. Terá papel fundamental na capacitação de clientes e equipe de vendas, por meio de treinamentos, demonstrações práticas, palestras e eventos, além de contribuir para a argumentação técnica em processos comerciais e divulgação de produtos.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Realizar
    treinamentos presenciais e virtuais
    para clientes e equipe interna sobre reagentes, equipamentos e aplicações.
  • Conduzir
    demonstrações de produtos
    em laboratórios de clientes e em eventos científicos.
  • Apoiar o
    time de vendas
    em reuniões com clientes, oferecendo suporte técnico e científico para argumentação.
  • Representar a Promega em
    congressos, simpósios e eventos científicos
    , ministrando palestras e divulgando portfólio de produtos.
  • Contribuir para a elaboração de
    materiais técnicos
    (apresentações, manuais, guias de aplicação).
  • Apoiar tecnicamente a
    equipe operacional
    , incluindo licitação, vendas e atendimento remoto.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior
    em Biologia, Farmácia, Biomedicina ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento sólido e experiência prática
    em Biologia Molecular e Biologia Celular.
  • Comunicação em inglês
    (oral e escrito) – necessário para treinamentos, leitura de materiais e interações globais.
  • Excelente habilidade de
    comunicação
    e capacidade de traduzir conceitos técnicos complexos em informações acessíveis.
  • Disponibilidade para
    viagens nacionais
    para atendimento ao cliente e equipe interna.

Desejável

  • Experiência em condução de
    workshops, treinamentos e apresentações científicas
    .
  • Conhecimento em
    equipamentos de automação laboratorial
    e aplicações em genômica, proteômica e diagnóstico molecular.
  • Conhecimento em eletroforese capilar: análise de fragmentos (STR) e SANGER.
  • Experiencia no workflow de qPCR, expressão gênica ou genotiping.
