Nosso foco é identificar oportunidades de crescimento a partir de análises quantitativas, modelagem de indicadores e testes estruturados que impactem diretamente os resultados da empresa. É um ambiente de experimentação e aprendizado contínuo, onde o dado guia a tomada de decisão.
Atividades/atribuições:
• Apoiar na coleta, organização e análise de dados de diferentes áreas da empresa;
• Criar e acompanhar dashboards de desempenho e crescimento (Power BI, Data Studio ou similares);
• Realizar análises estatísticas e simulações para prever impactos de estratégias de crescimento;
• Mapear indicadores-chave (KPIs) e criar modelos para acompanhamento e previsão;
• Automatizar relatórios e rotinas de monitoramento com planilhas, scripts ou ferramentas de BI;
• Apoiar a construção de modelos preditivos e análises de comportamento de clientes;
• Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas de operação e tecnologia para gerar insights acionáveis.
Pré-requisitos:
• Estar cursando Engenharia de Produção ou Estatística (a partir do 2º semestre);
• Boa base analítica e domínio de Excel ou Google Sheets;
• Conhecimento em lógica e análise de dados;
• Interesse em negócios orientados por dados e métricas de crescimento;
• Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
Diferenciais/desejável:
• Vivência prévia em análise de dados, BI, planejamento ou projetos de otimização;
• Conhecimento em Power BI, Python, SQL ou Google Data Studio;
• Experiência com modelagem de indicadores (CAC, LTV, Churn, Receita, Margem etc.);
• Noções de experimentação (testes A/B, análise causal, regressões).
Remuneração: R$1.600,00 + VT
