Senior Solutions Engineer

In this role, you will guide customers through the technical evaluation of modern container-based solutions, helping them transform how they build, ship, and operate applications at scale. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, shaping technical strategies, leading demonstrations, and driving successful proof-of-concepts. Working closely with sales, engineering, and product teams, you'll translate customer needs into actionable insights and deliver tailored solutions. • Accountabilities:
• Engage with customers to understand requirements, demonstrate solutions, and illustrate how container technologies integrate into their environments.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase value and secure a strong technical win.
• Support the sales cycle by preparing technical proposals, presentations, and tailored solution architectures.
• Provide expert guidance on transforming development pipelines, automating infrastructure, and scaling modern application delivery.
• Communicate customer insights and technical feedback to sales, engineering, and product teams to shape roadmap decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, from developers to enterprise architects and executives.
• Offer ongoing technical leadership through pre-sales and post-sales transitions to ensure continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in technical sales involving distributed systems, infrastructure software, or cloud-based platforms.
• Hands-on operational experience with Docker or similar container technologies.
• Strong understanding of developer tools, especially CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications across major cloud vendors.
• Solid development or scripting experience and strong Linux expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences.
• Passion for learning emerging technologies and solving complex technical challenges.
• Prior experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container ecosystems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers and support key opportunities.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
• A degree in Computer Science is a plus.
