Job Overview:

In this position you will support us in capacitation of internal /external partners, support in creation of contends, management of our training center (infrastructure/equipment/access) and you we will manage our installer relationship program.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for capacitation of internal /external partners in air conditioning products
  • Manager a training team (trainers/contend creator/receptionist/others)
  • Responsible for a technical library (presentations/translations/tech. instructions /Etc.)
  • Manage a relationship program

  • Manage a training center building (infrastructure/equipment/access)

  • Background & Experience

  • Bachelor degree: Business, Engineering, Marketing or related.

  • Fluent in English
  • Excel advanced
  • Experience with distribuitors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven project management and team collaboration skills.
  • Technical knowledge in air conditioning
