Team Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and business-oriented Compliance Manager, interested in technology and with innovative ideas. The ideal candidate will have expertise in compliance and is excited to drive different initiatives within all our business lines in Brazil as means to ensure compliance with national and international regulations. The Compliance Manager will be part of the Global Risk and Control Compliance Department (RCCD).

Role Responsibilities
  • Follow-up of corporate best practices and applicable regulations, including monitoring trends and patterns applicable to all our business;
  • Prepare materials and provide training for different audiences and businesses;
  • Review of policies, procedures, work instructions and other normative documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and legal standards;
  • Consult on various compliance issues, including evaluation of integrity questionnaires and businesses requirements;
  • Conduct internal investigations regarding misconduct, fraud and other violations of internal and external standards;
  • Ethics Line management and elaboration of reports;
  • Support with the Disciplinary Committee;
  • Execution of activities inherent to third-party risk management (background check and due diligence);
  • Support with keeping internal KPIs updated
  • Interface with internal clients (Internal Communication, Human Resources, Business, Procurement, Legal etc.).
Role Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with compliance related matters, including internal investigations;
  • Law Degree is desirable;
  • Knowledge of Compliance related legislation (Law 12.846/13, FCPA and UK Bribery Act);
  • Advanced English - written and spoken; Spanish will be considered a differential;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Critical thinking and solving complex issues mindset;
  • Desirable experience in large companies (including consulting companies);
  • Open minded for a fast paced environment;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
