You will become part of a successful and driven sales team. Create your own opportunities as well as work to manage existing client accounts, no two days will be the same

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will be based in the new and thriving Malta Office. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive. This role will consist of 10% Account Manager and 90% Sales and Business Development .

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1+ years of sales experience in a high-volume, fast paced sales role
  • Experience cold calling and lead generation essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • The drive and ambition to succeed within the payments industry
  • Strong closing skills
  • Experience with full sales cycle
  • Experience working on RFPs is beneficial
  • Right to work within the Malta
  • Must be self-motivated and able to self-manage.
  • Top candidates will demonstrate the ability to self-generate a pipeline and close new business, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Top performers are highly organised and able to prioritise tasks to maximise productivity.
  • We are looking an ambitious individual who is eager to work hard and make a significant impact on the team and the business.
  • Have a track record of grit, determination and resourcefulness
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office package
  • University degree in Business/Sales/Management – preferred but not mandatory.

Your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • New business cold calling
  • Manage and build relationships with senior business leaders
  • Liaising with potential customers on their payments requirements
  • Assisting customers with queries
  • Source and maintain partner relationships
  • Push expansion into Malta and wider Europe for partnership and new business.
