Nos próximos 18 meses, sua missão é
construir do zero
a máquina de vendas da nossa GovTech, desde a metodologia até a execução, validando o modelo de negócio e entregando as primeiras metas de faturamento.
Suas Responsabilidades
- Estruturar o Processo de Vendas:
desenvolver o playbook, funil, scripts e materiais de apoio. - Montar e Liderar o Time:
recrutar, treinar e gerir os primeiros Inside Sales. - Vendas Diretas ("Player-Coach"):
atuar na linha de frente acompanhando os primeiros clientes estratégicos. - Governança de Vendas:
implementar o CRM, definir métricas-chave e dashboards. - Estratégia Comercial:
co-criar, junto ao CEO e CMO, estratégias de precificação, canais e expansão.
O Que Buscamos
- Experiência comprovada em
vendas B2B
, preferencialmente em
startups SaaS e/ou Govtech. - Histórico sólido em
construção de processos comerciais
e atingimento de metas. - Perfil
analítico e orientado a métricas
, domínio de ferramentas de CRM. - Excelente habilidade de
negociação, comunicação e fechamento
