The Work You'll Do:

More specifically, you will:

  • Navigate and mitigate project risks proactively, developing contingency plans and managing change control processes to ensure seamless implementations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, effectively allocating resources to meet customer requirements and internal targets
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing best practices across your portfolio
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project challenges, making critical decisions that impact project success and customer satisfaction
  • Manage project financials including approval of billable time and expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting

What We Need From You

  • 7-10 years of project management experience in software/professional services environments, with a proven track record of delivering complex implementations
  • 3+ years managing multi-country or multi-region projects, demonstrating ability to navigate cultural differences and coordinate across time zones
  • Mastery of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, with ability to apply the right approach for each unique situation
  • Excellence in stakeholder management with superior verbal and written communication skills in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project or similar platforms, plus experience with PSA software solutions like OpenAir
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; PMP or similar certification is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to travel internationally (less than 25%) to Sovos locations and client sites
