About the Role:

As a Junior Paid Media Specialist, you will support the team in creating, managing, and optimizing digital media campaigns that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. You will work closely with senior team members to learn best practices, assist in campaign execution, and gain hands-on experience with leading digital advertising platforms.

Keys Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and optimization of digital media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Support with monitoring campaign pacing, budget tracking, and basic performance checks.
  • Help gather, organize, and prepare campaign performance reports for clients.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings to learn about campaign strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field (internship or academic projects are a plus).
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic understanding of digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) — willingness to learn is essential.
  • Knowledge in Amazon Ads and/ or SEO will be a differential
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity to learn campaign optimization techniques.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for developing a career in digital marketing.
  • Being certified in Google Ads, Meta, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required.
