Job Purpose

As a Commercial BPA Manager, you will provide financial leadership and strategic insights that guide investments, strategies, and performance. Your expertise will transform data into actionable decisions, ensuring financial integrity and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to Commercial Heads, challenging assumptions and supporting critical decisions.
  • Translate business strategy into financial ambitions, scenarios, and trade-offs.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning processes.
  • Ensure projections are based on epidemiology-driven market models, not just historical trends.
  • Monitor performance versus plan and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop BPA narratives for management reviews and executive submissions.
  • Analyze performance by brand, channel, geography, and customer segment.
  • Connect financial outcomes with market drivers such as pricing, access, and competitive dynamics.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar complex sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into strategic insights.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and leading indirectly.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning, scenario modeling, and performance management.
