The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

Your Mission

Be the seller's main contact at Shopee. Monitor category performance and identify opportunities in items that sellers already sell. Know the seller's profile to design appropriate strategies.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Drive and consolidate campaigns (deal hunt and onsite visibility plan);
  • Track and analyze campaign performance;
  • Ensure the cross-functional coordination and process centralization inside the Business Development team and between the Business;
  • Development and the Marketing teams;
  • Identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, propose; solutions and track initiatives with the purpose of enhancing efficiency;
  • Develop the category strategically;
  • Team Management;
  • Develop and maintain various management reports;
  • Ensure quality and standardization of processes;
  • Be a support point for the team and serve as a bridge for the business.

Requirements:

What You Need to Take on This Challenge

  • Degree Required in Business Administration, Marketing, and related areas;
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge;
  • Advanced English and Mandarin;
  • Experience At least 5 years experience in sales.
