International Technology is the team responsible for the technology behind Amazon International Expansion. We focus on creating global innovation based on local needs. We are dedicated to delivering new and improving existing customer experiences for our global customers. We work backwards from customers to understand their needs and frustrations, then build and experiment with innovative features and automated solutions on both desktop and mobile platforms.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Tech) to envision, lead, and drive the adoption of compliance/e-invoicing solutions for Amazon Partners across multiple Amazon geographies. This role is critical to scale our operations and to work closely with our customers for product evolution.

As a Senior PM Tech in our organization, you will be responsible for the following:

- Lead the development of the product strategy for product adoption across multiple geographies where Amazon offers e-invoicing services. You will work in the interception of product, business and engineering to evolve these services.
- Work closely with Program Management teams and business partners to define strategies to improve CX and product operations.
- Demonstrate a strong technical background and be effective in communicating with engineers and software development teams.
- Work with business leaders and executives across Amazon to define and prioritize product roadmaps based on the strategy and vision.
- Manage prioritization of the product roadmap and trade-offs among customer experience (projects), technical constraints, and operational excellence.
- Work closely with user experience and visual design, usability and other product management teams, and global engineering teams in an agile environment to identify opportunities, generate big ideas, and eventually launch products.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
- Excel at selling new ideas across organizations, promoting the value proposition of products, and creating awareness for solid adoption.
- Be involved in hiring the best engineering and product management talent for our organization.

The ideal candidate for this role will be customer-obsessed with the capability to dive in and learn new technologies quickly, and who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will be a creative and analytical problem solver with the opportunity to fulfill the Amazon motto to "Work Hard. Have Fun. Make History." Previous experience scaling operations for products across multiple countries is highly desired.

Expect to be in charge of new projects and initiatives, developing new products, managing business and technical requirements, driving performance, and helping build plans for the future. We need someone who is eager to grow with us and help us change the future.

Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and hires qualified individuals regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, age, or disability.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
