is looking for professionals with the profile of
Desktop Support
to join our team.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
- Assemble and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripherals (such as printers, scanners, mobile phones/smartphones) related to desktop infrastructure;
- Perform routine maintenance on PCs, networks, telephone systems, and installed peripherals;
- Identify, log, and resolve technical issues with software applications or network systems;
- Identify potential changes and improvements to the system and present them to technical teams for consideration and implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and deployment, configuration, and management of Windows applications;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11);
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.);
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its services, DHCP, DNS;
- Experience with printing services and file sharing;
- Experience with hardware repair;
- Experience with patch management;
- Intermediate English.
Work Model:
On-site (in Santa Bárbara d'Oeste/SP), Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
