Overview:

The Manager, Network Strategy and Execution will support and own the strategic planning and execution of the Avanti migration initiative across Latin America and the Caribbean region. The role will be driving product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution of the Avanti migration. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of switching capabilities, and platform infrastructure to drive successful transitions from the Classic to Transaction Stream platform.
Role

• Be the point of contact across the region, technical, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on execution plans, success metrics, and resource deployment.

• Drive proactive internal and external communications of the Avanti value proposition.

• Partner with global and technical teams to evaluate the Classic platform setup in the region and define migration strategies to Stream for market level nuances (e.g., installments).

• Provide in-depth leadership on strategic markets (e.g., Mexico domestic switching).

• Drive execution for all markets in LAC, partner with global and regional product and tech teams to support roadmap execution.

• Partner with cross functional business units and local markets to communicate the strategy and provide updates on the Avanti migration.

• Own the relationship with market leads to ensure alignment and transparency regarding platform priorities and trade-offs

• Provide input into and influence the global product development and prioritization based on regional needs and priorities 

• Develop and maintain a strong POV on regional market landscape, customer needs, competitor strategies.

• Prior experience in payments and knowledge of switching required

• Product management or technical experience in a regional role preferred

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

• Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenarios

• Ability to work with ambiguity and manage complex projects; successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasks

• Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Project management skills – strong organization and task management is expected

• Strong collaborator, ability to work cross-functionally

• Build and leverage relationships within the organization to drive results
