LOGISTICS ASSISTANT
MAIN FUNCTIONS

Job Mission: Organize order management, checking general order data, maintaining direct contact with the team Commercial to define the priorities and optimization of distribution processes.

  • Conduct training with the commercial team in the demands related to the order portal and logistics processes, as needed.
  • Perform the release of the duly agreed order for shipment, following the schedule foreseen in the forecast; and organize according to the dates provided by the Commercial team.
  • Advise the sales force on order tracking; negotiate and adjust the demands according to each RTV.
  • Intermediate in communication between interested parties, answering questions with customers and commercial representatives, aiming to obtain the order under mutually satisfactory conditions;
  • Receive sales orders and bonuses, and follow up on the process always in contact with the commercial representative, immediate superiors in the commercial area, registration and credit area, tax (issuance of NF) and financial.
  • Perform freight quotes, developing and contracting and monitoring the shipment of orders with transport companies; Track shipments with carriers.
  • Control and organize internal tax documents.
