We're looking for a
Senior Strategic Marketing Analyst
to join our Paid Media team. The mission is clear: to lead our
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
and
Data Analysis
initiatives.
This professional will be the key to deepening our understanding of campaign performance. Your main responsibility will be to
analyze and optimize our landing pages
, identifying opportunities, implementing A/B tests, and developing data analysis dashboards. The goal is to prove an increase in lead conversion through a data-driven approach, ensuring our acquisition strategies become smarter and more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy
, planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages and other user touchpoints. - Develop detailed reports and dashboards to communicate test results and optimization impact to stakeholders.
- Collaborate directly with the paid media team to align page optimization strategies with the objectives of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platform campaigns.
- Analyze campaign and user behavior data using Google Analytics and other tools to generate insights and guide optimizations.
- Create and optimize high-performance landing pages using platforms like Wordpress and Webflow.
- Monitor conversion, engagement, and CPL metrics, focusing on continuous improvement of results and the customer journey.
- Collaborate with content, design, CRM, Product Marketing, Web Development, and Product teams to ensure landing pages are cohesive, persuasive, and aligned with the brand identity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
and digital marketing data analysis. - Proficiency in A/B testing and personalization tools like VWO, Google Optimize, or similar.
- Expertise in
Google Analytics
for analyzing user behavior and page performance. - Hands-on experience creating and managing landing pages on platforms like
Wordpress
and
Webflow
. - Proven knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as
Tableau
and
Looker Studio
. - Knowledge of paid media platforms like
Google Ads
and
LinkedIn Ads
, and how to optimize pages for their campaigns. - A highly analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with marketing automation tools like
HubSpot
or
Salesforce
. - Familiarity with
Google Tag Manager
for implementing tracking tags and events. - Knowledge of SEO/SEM tools like
SEMRush
and their integration with paid media campaigns. - Familiarity with the Software as a Service
(SaaS)
or B2B marketing sectors.
