As a Senior Digital Contract Risk Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Being accountable for the overall commercial proposal strategy for the deals that include joint digital product offering
- Working collaboratively and cross-functionally, providing leadership and strategic guidance in a matrix environment to drive optimal proposal results and minimize risk through coordination with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Compliance
- Driving commercial compliance, including commercial process and contracts risk management
- Exhibiting strong expertise in the development of risk mitigation strategies that consider identified triggers in RFP's and customer T&C's while meeting business objectives
- Analyzing/evaluating terms and conditions and lead contract negotiations, engaging with customers to close deals
- Recognizing contract essentials and escalate issues for appropriate resolution
- Developing negotiation strategy, anticipating and removing obstacles to closure
- Team with sales manager to develop new opportunities and define commercial strategy
- Negotiate contracts with customers and assuring alignment/approvals from BH side.
- Support the team analyzing POs wording.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Risk Mitigation or Commercial.
- Strong communication skills at all business levels including senior leadership;
- Strong financial management skills;
- Ability to travel as needed;
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Be fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills. Portuguese is preferred.
- Have significant experience in a Sales/Commercial role, with preference for contract risk management, contract negotiations and interest in cloud based software as a service, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.
- Be committed to customer service and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Have good commercial acumen, negotiation experience and ability to coordinate several deals simultaneously.
