Bei Swisscom Broadcast sorgst du dafür, dass sicherheitsrelevante Kommunikations- und Broadcastdienste jederzeit zuverlässig funktionieren. Als Escalation Manager übernimmst du Verantwortung bis zum Second-Level-Support, koordinierst Störungsbehebungen und stellst die Verfügbarkeit der Systeme unserer Kundschaft sicher – von Drohnenüberwachungs- und Broadcastlösungen bis hin zu Sicherheitsfunk und LPN. Dabei wirst du Teil eines motivierten Teams von 14 Mitarbeitenden, das rund um die Uhr an jedem Tag des Jahres einsatzbereit ist.

  • Störungen analysieren, priorisieren und koordinieren

  • Kommunikation und Eskalationen zwischen Fachbereichen steuern

  • Betrieb und Überwachung sicherheitskritischer Infrastrukturen, wie Drohnenüberwachung, Low Power Network, Videoüberwachung und Broadcast

  • Qualität und Verfügbarkeit unserer Services gewährleisten

Deine Skills:

  • Abschluss (EFZ) in Informatik, Elektronik oder Automatik und/oder Bachelor-Abschluss (ETH/Uni/FH) in einem technischen Bereich

  • Erfahrung im Incident- oder Service Management sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnik (TCP/IP)

  • Erfahrung mit Überwachungs-, Funk- oder Broadcastsystemen von Vorteil

  • ITIL-Zertifizierung und/oder Kenntnisse in ServiceNow ITSM von Vorteil

  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte rasch zu verstehen und klar zu vermitteln

  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

  • Kommunikative, kundenorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit

  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung in einem Rund-um-die-Uhr-Betrieb (7x24) zu übernehmen

  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Französisch, Englisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
