Be at the forefront of our data and analytics strategy, leading the direction, design, and execution of initiatives. Lead people and foster robust relationships with stakeholders.

Collaborate and lead teams with a hands-on, empathetic approach. Focus on people-centric leadership to grow our Kimberly-Clark interactions. Key Responsibilities:Lead Data Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with marketing goals.

Data Governance: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations. Technology Adoption: Stay updated with advancements in data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technologies. Lead Data and Analytics Initiatives: Spearhead initiatives within the Snowflake environment.

Strategic Product Backlog Management: Manage the Data and Analytics product backlog. Release Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain release plans for data and analytics enhancements. Collaborative Product Development: Engage with the Scrum team and subject matter experts.

Sprint Management and Execution: Define clear priorities and sprint goals. Quality Assurance and Stakeholder Engagement: Evaluate and maintain the integrity of all deliverables. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate resources across various departments.

Cultural and Team Development: Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Technical Expertise:Snowflake Ecosystem Proficiency: Over 5 years of experience in tailoring solutions within Snowflake. Snowflake Architecture Design: Expertise in architecting solutions within the Snowflake ecosystem.

Snowflake Security Proficiency: Knowledge of Snowflake's security model. Scalability & High Availability: Expertise in architecting scalable Snowflake solutions. Snowflake Cloud Services Implementation: Strong track record in leveraging Snowflake's cloud-based architecture.

Agile Development: Familiarity with Agile methodologies in Data and Analytics projects. Strategic Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to tackle complex data-related challenges.

Leadership and Management:Team Leadership: 7

  • years of experience leading large, remote, global IT teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Background in coordinating development teams and business owners. Global Team Management: Experience leading multi-cultural and global teams. Specialized Skills:Prototyping: Ability to engage in rapid prototype development.

Vendor and Partner Engagement: Experience managing relationships with outsourcing partners. AI, Machine Learning and Data Management: Expertise in leveraging AI and ML for predictive analytics. Cloud Data Architecture Design: Understanding of cloud solutions and architectures.

AMC: Understanding the Amazon Marketing Cloud platform. Soft Skills and Others:Agile Collaboration: Experience working with Agile and product teams.

Leadership in Communication and Reporting: Skilled in leading communication efforts and reporting. Expertise in Backlog Prioritization: Proficient in prioritizing the product backlog. Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degree in management information systems/technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.10
