HR Assistant – Recruitment

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide support in recruitment processes and day-to-day HR administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to handle multiple priorities, and passionate about contributing to a positive employee experience.
1) Administrative Management
Responsible for the daily office operations (purchasing supplies, equipment maintenance, workspace management);
Handling correspondence, receiving/sending documents, and filing materials;
Assisting in the development and implementation of administrative policies and processes.
2) Documentation and Reporting
Drafting, reviewing, translating, and archiving documents, reports, and meeting minutes;
Supporting contract management, filing, and other important documentation.
3) Meeting and Travel Coordination
Assisting in organizing and coordinating meetings (room reservations, material preparation, minute-taking);
Helping with travel arrangements (flight bookings, accommodations, transportation).
4) Human Resources Support
Assisting in the recruitment process (interview scheduling, candidate reception);
Supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures, as well as employee record management;
Helping organize training sessions, internal events, and corporate culture initiatives.
5) Financial and Reimbursement Support
Assisting with reimbursement processing and organizing financial documents;
Supporting basic budgeting and expense control activities.
6) Communication and Coordination
Serving as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring proper information flow;
Answering phone calls, receiving visitors, and upholding the company's image.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
· Previous experience in recruitment or HR support is a plus.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is an asset.
· High attention to detail and confidentiality.

· Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and managers.
