ABOUT STRATTZ

Strattz is a marketing agency based in Las Vegas (U.S.), focused on building and growing brands through paid media, social media, and creative strategy.

We are expanding our internal marketing operations and are looking for a MarketingAccount Manager to lead, plan, and execute the marketing strategy for Strattz's own brands.

This position is primarily dedicated to internal projects but may occasionally include supporting or transitioning to client accounts as needed.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Campaign Planning: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including seasonal and special-date promotions.
  • Creative Direction: Develop ideas, concepts, and storytelling strategies for each brand's marketing communication.
  • Copywriting: Write and edit copies for social media, websites, video scripts, emails, and others.
  • Content Coordination: Brief and organize designers and videographers to capture or produce content, managing priorities and schedules.
  • Brand Strategy: Define creative approaches and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and platforms.
  • Marketing Tools: Oversee the strategic use of tools such as Mailchimp, Webflow, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and others (without technical implementation).
  • Organization: Keep internal folders, brand assets, and project files organized according to company standards.
  • Communication: Lead marketing communication across channels — email, calls, video meetings, and internal messages — ensuring all projects stay aligned.
  • Engagement: Monitor and respond to public interactions when relevant, representing the brand voice appropriately.
  • Cross-Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-brand collaboration, improvement, or upsell (without direct sales responsibility).
  • Account Ownership: Generate and prioritize tasks based on goals, brand needs, and marketing opportunities.
  • Account Improvements: Identify creative, strategic, or process improvements to strengthen each brand's performance.
  • Reporting: Provide consistent updates, performance insights, and improvement ideas across accounts.

DAILY ROUTINE

This routine reflects the current workflow and may evolve as the team grows.

The role follows a structured, full-time schedule focused on strategy, execution, and communication.

  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 12pm to 9pm (BRT), with 1-hour break — fixed schedule, not per-demand.
  • Active Collaboration: Stay connected through the internal communication platform (text, voice, and video).
  • Strategic Execution: Create ideas, campaign plans, and content initiatives aligned with each brand's objectives.
  • Task Management: Define priorities, build task lists, and coordinate with designers, videographers, and developers for execution.
  • Client and Partner Communication: Communicate directly with clients or partners through calls, video, or written messages when needed.
  • Ownership: Manage your assigned brands end-to-end — from planning to publishing — with full accountability and team support.
  • Tracking: Fill out a daily productivity record with completed and ongoing activities.

  • Previous experience in marketing or social media required.
  • Experience managing or working closely with public-facing brands is a plus.
  • Experience with U.S.-based audiences or international communication is a strong plus.
  • Previous Account Manager experience is a plus, not a requirement.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) - tested via recorded video and interview.
  • Experience planning, managing, and executing marketing tasks — including campaign strategy, social media management, copywriting, and coordination.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Webflow, HubSpot, or others is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, creative processes, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously in a structured workflow.
  • Comfortable working in a fixed-schedule, full-time remote model (not freelance or per-demand).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • 100% remote, but with a fixed work schedule (12pm to 9pm BRT).
  • 1-hour break included.
  • Daily communication through internal platforms (text, voice, and video).
  • Full-time role with structured hours and accountability-based productivity.
