About the job

We are looking for a hands-on proactive, experienced and passionate technical writer for the technical documentation efforts across all Tether products. In this role, you will be responsible for the documentation for our open source projects and our platform products which includes public npm modules and robust, modular codebase.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively update the documentation to match the rapid development pace of the development team.

  • Writing and improving documentation, guides, FAQs, etc.

  • Developing high quality proof of concept application and example snippets.

  • Staying aware of questions and issues faced by the community and improving the documentation to support them better.
