Company Description

Barghavaran Engineering Company (BEC) has over 35 years of experience in industrial projects, including mechanical, electrical, and civil constructions. We aim to produce high-quality products to fulfill regional industrial needs and hone our technical and performance skills. BEC manufactures medium and low voltage electrical panels in fixed and withdrawable models. Our company comprises two main divisions: panel production and projects, which include departments such as commercial, project management, production quality control, laboratory, inventory, research and development, and HSE.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Irani, SC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves regular communication with clients, setting sales targets, and ensuring the sales team meets its objectives. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Leadership skills including team management and development
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation
  • Customer relationship management and client communication skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Irani, SC
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the industrial or engineering sector is an advantage
