Job Title: Key Account Manager - Bus Air Conditioning

Location: Caxias do Sul, Rio Grando do Sul/RS

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager with experience in the bus air conditioning market to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of bus air conditioning systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the bus transportation sector.

-Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to achieve sales targets.

-Understand client needs and requirements, and propose suitable air conditioning solutions.

-Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients as needed.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

-Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

-Travel to client locations as necessary to conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

-Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the bus air conditioning industry.

-Strong technical knowledge of bus air conditioning systems and their applications.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

-Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.

-Proficiency in CRM software.
