Descrição do Cargo

Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista para atuar como o elo principal entre os Bispos, Presidentes de Ramos e Distrito e respectivos secretários, e as soluções que eles necessitam para servirem melhor a seus membros.

Você será a referência para resolver questões técnicas, de sistemas e de processos, garantindo atendimento ágil, com senso de dono e serviço cristão. Mais do que responder dúvidas, seu papel será compreender desafios, colaborar para encontrar soluções e apoiar treinamentos que fortaleçam a liderança.

Responsabilidades

  • Ser o ponto de contato principal e responsável pelo relacionamento com líderes eclesiásticos.
  • Atender e resolver dúvidas sobre sistemas, processos e questões técnicas.
  • Representar a experiência dos líderes junto ao GSD e gerentes da Área.
  • Trabalhar com Time Colaborativo para encontrar soluções eficazes.
  • Coordenar, apoiar ou facilitar treinamentos para líderes.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua de processos e materiais.
  • Atuar em alinhamento com o Escritório da Área e a Assessoria Jurídica.

Qualificações

  • Curso superior completo em diversas áreas são aceitos.
  • Experiência em atendimento ou relacionamento com clientes/lideranças.
  • Inglês intermediário
  • Habilidade de escuta e resolução de problemas.
  • Capacidade de propor melhorias de processos.
  • Excelente comunicação e proatividade.
  • Senso de responsabilidade e compromisso com princípios cristãos
