Wings Global Travel is a multinational travel management company with more than 25 years of experience providing innovative, client-centric solutions to corporate and leisure travelers worldwide. With offices across multiple regions, Wings combines global reach with local expertise, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence for a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients.

We are now looking for an experienced Head of Client Services in Rio de Janeiro to join our leadership team and oversee Client Services operations across the region.

Key Requirements

·      Mandatory background in the travel industry, with at least 5 years in management roles.

·      Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

·      Extensive knowledge of fares, ticketing, and global distribution systems (GDS), including Amadeus, Sabre, and Argo.

·      Proven track record in operations management, client service delivery, and leading high-performance teams.

·      Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

·      Lead and oversee day-to-day operations within the region.

·      Implement and deliver short, medium, and long-term strategies aligned with Wings Global Travel's objectives.

·      Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients while driving operational efficiency.

·      Develop, coach, and inspire Client Services teams to achieve excellence.

·      Partner with senior leadership to support business development and strategic growth initiatives.
