Job Description
The
junior Accounting assistant
will be responsible for supporting the company's financial and administrative activities, ensuring compliance with financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements.
• Register and manage supplier (vendor) information, ensuring accuracy and updates.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking deadlines and performing follow-ups.
• Support bank reconciliation and monthly financial closing.
• Organize and file accounting and financial documents.
• Collaborate with the team in preparing financial and performance reports.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documents and information.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Technical background in Business Administration, Accounting (no Academic Degree is needed)
• Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in accounting roles, including invoice preparation and supplier management.
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of financial management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency
