You will also be responsible for:
- Monitor BACEN standards;
- Managing the submission of information to the BCB;
- Updating the department's controls (Regulations, Action Plans, Recurring Submissions,
etc.) - Monitoring and sharing new regulations
- Preparing reports
- Files CADOCs and monitor status in CRD
- Tracking and responding to official communications and notices
- Following up on regulatory compliance action plans
- Addressing audit findings
- Managing Regulatory Documents
- Input commercial proposal and documents of our partners in Pipefy;
- Coordinating the recurring Governance meetings for EBANX Payment Institution.
Main requirements for this position:
- English;
- Analytical profile, detail-oriented and solution-focused;
- Excellent communication skills.
