About RNZ:

RNZ is a global AGRI Inputs company based in UAE, manufacturing customized foliar and

granular NPKs. Also RNZ produces Sulphur based products using Thiogro patented process in

technical collaboration with Shell. RNZ runs a full fledged Research Centre working on ideation

to commercial production of patented, fully sustainable biostimulants and bio pesticides for

meeting future farming needs.

1.Responsible for overseeing RNZ business operations, within given geographical area, aligned with local government rules & regulations and RNZ's business ethics.

  1. Responsible for RNZ's business Strategic planning, execution and operational management to ensure the company's goals are aligned by abiding local government's rules & regulations.

  2. Identifying and acquiring new customers and Up-selling to the existing customer base.

  3. Building a strong relationship with all business accounts

  4. Ensuring accurate business revenue forecasting and accounts planning.

  5. Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and annual revenue and collection forecast.

  6. Responsible for achieving business revenue and collection targets as agreed with management.

  7. Responsible for securing & collecting company payments from customers as per agreed company terms and to be informed of RNZ accounts- UAE, on a regular basis.

  8. Responsible for having good relationships with RNZ business-related government agencies and managing all business-related issues.

  9. Responsible for maintaining customer-wise Sales, collection and budget plan data, with the help of RNZ accounts-UAE.

  10. Responsible for collecting market and competitors' activity information, introduction of new products/innovative products and finding new business revenues.

  11. Ensure to handle a fair, professional business transaction between RNZ-UAE and Customers.

  12. Ensure to maintain the multinational brand Image of RNZ-International in the market and to deliver professional services to our customers.

  13. Responsible for reporting on daily business activities to the assigned authorities.


Qualifications:

Education:

B.Sc or M. Sc (Agriculture) with MBA in Marketing from reputed institutes

Experience:

10+ years of relevant experience in sales of manufactured & traded agri inputs to large agri enterprise customers. Proven track record of developing sales and driving market share growth. Possesses effective negotiation and analytical business selling skills, including experience in prospecting, quoting, closing profitable new business, and negotiating large contracts and long-term agreements.
