Objetivo do cargo:

Business Development Executive | B2B - (Hunter-Pleno)

Responsabilidades
:

·      Realizar prospecção ativa (cold calls, e-mails, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, networking), de empresas dentro do nosso perfil ideal de cliente (ICP);

·      Conduzir o ciclo completo de vendas: qualificação, diagnóstico, proposta e fechamento;

·      Gerenciar o pipeline de oportunidades com disciplina e organização via CRM;

·      Realizar reuniões comerciais (remotas ou presenciais) com decisores;

·      Trabalhar em parceria com áreas internas como marketing e pós-vendas;

·      Atingir metas mensais de novos clientes e geração de receita.

Requisitos técnicos / O que procuramos
:

·      Ensino superior completo ou cursando (Administração, Marketing ou áreas afins);

·      Experiência anterior (mínimo de 3 anos) com prospecção ativa de clientes, vendas como SDR ou executivo(a) Hunter;

Desejáveis:

·      Familiaridade com vendas consultivas e ciclo completo;

·      Experiência com soluções em Benefícios corporativos e/ou Recursos Humanos;

·      Experiência em prospecção B2B;

·      Qualificação e relacionamento com linha de decisores no Negócio;

·      Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;

·      Perfil resiliente, proativo e orientado a metas;

·      Conhecimento de ferramentas de CRM (Hubspot, Pipedrive, RD Station ou similares).

·      Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas como SPIN Selling ou GPCT;
