Nosso cliente está procurando um Technical Account Manager para integrar sua equipe em São Paulo. O profissional se concentrará em manter o relacionamento técnico com clientes de Public Cloud, e sua principal responsabilidade será atuar como um Advisor respeitando as tecnologias geridas, intermediando e agregando o relacionamento entre cliente, equipe técnica, equipe de Suporte/Operações e o fornecedor.

Responsabilidades

  • Fluxo de comunicação com o cliente;
  • Correta utilização da plataforma e serviços intermediados;
  • Ser a referência técnica do cliente e da equipe técnica para as nuvens públicas suportadas;
  • Garantir o fluxo de faturamento (garantir que a ferramenta esteja exportando os dados corretamente para billing);
  • Orientação ao cliente quanto aos seus consumos (usage) e apoio para otimização técnica e financeira;
  •  Guiar o on-boarding do cliente.
Requisitos
  • Amplo conhecimento em nuvem pública - generalista;
  • Certificação (obrigatório no mínimo Associate da AWS, preferencialmente Professional - quanto mais amplo melhor): AWS, Azure, GCP e/ou Oracle Cloud;
  • Inglês avançado
  • Experiência real em projetos de Cloud.
