Du bist die treibende Kraft hinter dem Thema Modern Workplace Transformation mit Microsoft-Technologien. Als strategischer Spezialist entwickelst du Visionen für den digitalen Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft und bringst diese bei unseren Kunden auf C-Level zur Umsetzung. Du positionierst dich als Thought Leader und Trusted Advisor und gestaltest aktiv die Workplace-Strategie unserer Kunden.

  • Du etablierst Workplace-Initiativen bei Grosskunden und entwickelst diese eigenständig weiter.
  • Du positionierst Microsoft Technologien für Workplace und UCC wie Microsoft 365 (insb. Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management und Microsoft Teams), Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desk als Business Enabler. 
  • Du führst Gespräche auf C-Level, verstehst deren strategische Herausforderungen und entwickelst daraus konkrete Lösungsansätze.
  • Du gestaltest die Modern Workplace-Story gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement und bringst Marktimpulse direkt in die Entwicklung ein.

Deine Skills

  • Tiefes Verständnis für Modern Workplace Technologien und deren Business-Relevanz.
  • Erfahrung in der strategischen Kundenentwicklung und im Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern auf C-Level.
  • 6–9 Jahre Berufserfahrung im ICT-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Workplace und/oder Cloud.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren – vom IT-Leader bis zum CEO.
  • Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung, ergänzt durch Weiterbildung im Verkauf oder Business Development.
