As a VX Maintain/Observe - Support Agent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of VX systems that power our operations worldwide. What You'll Do

• Monitor VX Maintain/Observe systems to ensure uptime and optimal performance.
• Respond to alerts and incidents, perform initial diagnostics, and escalate when necessary.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks and system health checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in support tools.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base articles and process documentation.
• Participate in shift rotations to provide 24/7 coverage as required.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, system monitoring, or IT operations.
• Familiarity with VX platforms or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Comfortable using ticketing systems and monitoring tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms or infrastructure monitoring.
