: The role involves liaising with local partners in Brazil to understand market dynamics and achieve sales targets for ZEEKR products.

Responsibilities
:

  • Be responsible for liaising with local partners in Brazil, gaining an in-depth understanding of dealer needs and market dynamics, and coordinating internal resources to achieve Zeekr Group's sales targets in the Brazilian market.
  • Take charge of and support the introduction of new Zeekr products in the target Brazilian market, conduct product analysis, and strategically launch products based on Brazilian consumer habits, policies, and regulations.
  • Coordinate the entire process, including personnel training, promotional strategies, and after-sales services, to ensure the successful market entry of products in Brazil.
  • Assist in developing and refining the marketing management system for the Brazilian region, determine marketing models suitable for the Brazilian market, and manage regional dealers to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Market and brand maintenance: In line with Zeekr's brand philosophy, encourage Brazilian dealers to actively carry out various brand activities to enhance Zeekr's brand awareness in the Brazilian market.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to monitor market sentiment in Brazil, promptly respond to negative sentiment, and handle it appropriately.
  • Follow up and supervise the channel construction plans of Brazilian partners, promoting the expansion of sales terminals and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Travel locally in Brazil for business operations, conducting market research, driving sales growth, and expanding channels.
  • Track dealer payments, production scheduling, and shipping bookings to ensure the achievement of annual terminal and wholesale targets in the Brazilian market.
  • Analyze dealer sales inventory data, identify reasons for underperformance, and propose improvement measures.
  • Regularly report to regional supervisors and the South American branch on business operations.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry with solid foreign trade knowledge preferred.
  • Familiarity with new energy vehicle products and sensitivity to trends in the new energy vehicle industry.
  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods retail (e.g., digital electronics) preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, outgoing personality.
  • Proficient in using office software.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, proficiency in Portuguese preferred.
