About the position

We are looking for a
hands-on Employee Benefits Manager
to join our
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
team in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone with
experience implementing FLEX benefits
, strong data skills, and the ability to operate in
0→1 environments
. You will help lay the foundation of our total rewards strategy while supporting our fast-paced expansion in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the
    implementation of FLEX benefits
    (e.g., Flash, Swile, Caju), managing vendors, internal communication, and policy definition.
  • Monitor and operate all current benefit programs (e.g., health plan, meal voucher, wellness, etc.).
  • Manage
    data extraction and reporting
    , supporting C&B decisions through insights and performance indicators.
  • Ensure accurate application of benefit policies in alignment with local regulations.
  • Work closely with Payroll, HRBPs, and Legal to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct market research and propose benefit enhancements.
  • Contribute directly to building Keeta's local HR foundation and supporting our employer value proposition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Previous experience
    implementing FLEX benefits
    is mandatory.
  • Strong skills in
    data handling, analysis, and reporting
    (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Proven experience in
    early-stage (0→1) or high-growth environments
    .
  • Hands-on profile, comfortable with autonomy and fast-paced challenges.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and internal HR systems.
  • Advanced English
    – this role reports directly to the global HR team and requires participation in daily meetings and documentation in English.
  • Work model:
    On-site (5x a week)

Nice to have

  • Experience working in Chinese companies or in
    multicultural, Asian-influenced
    environments.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian labor law related to employee benefits.
  • Experience redesigning or optimizing total rewards frameworks.
