About the Culture:

Brazil is a strategic market, given its global significance in agricultural production. The technology offers a practical solution to anticipate risks, improve productivity, and support sustainable farming practices.

Main Activities or Responsibilities:

  • Define, in conjunction with the Leadership team, and execute the commercial and operational launch strategy in Brazil.
  • Develop the local team together with leadership and lead them as the operation scales.
  • Represent the company with senior decision-makers at multibillion-revenue agribusinesses; build and maintain relationships.
  • Bridge operations and client decision-makers to run pilots and secure follow-on deals.
  • Ensure customers are delighted and perceive clear, measurable value; act as the "voice of the customer" internally.
  • Support HQ on local operations, regulatory, and logistics matters to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with suppliers and service partners.

Team Composition:

  • Initially an individual contributor (no direct reports). Will structure and lead a local team as growth milestones are reached.

Requirements:

  • Senior knowledge of the Brazilian market
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish desirable).
  • Based in São Paulo (or willing to relocate).
  • Prior experience launching new agricultural products in Brazil and/or in fast-growing tech startups is a plus.
  • Experience in ag-tech startups is a nice-to-have.
