Responsibilities:

Responsible for the company's institutional communication

Creation of products, internal and promotional graphic materials

Assistance in maintaining the company's branding

Graphic assistance to the people team

Development of graphic materials for events

Graphical maintenance of technical documents

Assistance and content creation for social media

Develop marketing strategy and partnerships with key companies

Contribute to partner client development strategy.

Must Haves:

Good Communication skills in English.

Works autonomously with moderate/little supervision.

Good understanding of UI/UX, since they'll be working on the new website (on Sanity).

Experience with website layouts and digital design.

Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and preparing developer handoffs.

Can clearly communicate and defend their design choices.

Creative enough to produce illustrations, images, and other assets for the site.

Graphic design skills (preparing print-ready files).

Nice to Haves:

Knowledge of using AI for images.

Familiarity with Design Systems.

Basic knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing.

Experience level:

Mid-level
