Job Description
We are looking for an
Audiovisual Production Analyst
who will be responsible for capturing audio and video for training materials in the studio and on location.

Technical Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of video cameras, including sensor types, lenses, diaphragms, and exposure settings.
  • Knowledge of studio lighting techniques, use of reflectors, diffusers, and understanding of color temperature.
  • Ability to frame and compose images in an aesthetic and functional way, applying visual composition rules.
  • Ability to capture not only the action, but also the emotions and underlying visual narrative.
  • Ability to operate additional camera equipment, such as tripods, cranes, and stabilizers, teleprompters, etc.
  • Basic understanding of audio capture and use of microphones to ensure adequate sound quality.

Desired Skills

  • Ability to work closely with video editors, scriptwriters, and other content and post-production team members.
  • Focus on fine details that can make a big difference in the final quality of the video.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different production styles, whether informational, entertainment, or advertising.

In addition, it is essential to be up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the audiovisual industry, as well as to have good communication and problem-solving skills.

Practical experience, whether through formal education or work in the field, is also highly valued.
