Responsibilities
• Coordinate, support and directly attend all points of contact of the Education area
• Control all internal and external communications, keeping a continuous track record
• Prepare and present metrics of SAC and Customer Experience in partnership with UX area
• Research theorical and practical contents related to the courses to be produced
• Curate contents produced with partners and provides feedbacks constantly
• Execute adjustments that may be necessary in the LMS platform
• Extract and control data reports from the LMS platform
• Provide information for strategic decisions involving the education area
Requirements
• Master - Business Administration, Economy, Finance or similar
• Academic experience as a teacher or a tutor in distance education
• High quality text production (master's degree)
• Good comunication skills in Portuguese and English
• MS Office advanced
