Our client, a growing international company in the gaming technology sector, is seeking an experienced
Human Resources Manager
to lead and oversee HR operations in Brazil. This position, based in São Paulo, will be responsible for managing core HR functions while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all local HR activities including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and internal company policies
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leadership in Brazil
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with external providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Support talent acquisition initiatives and liaise with external recruitment agencies when needed
- Implement and monitor HR procedures, performance review processes, and engagement strategies
- Advise managers on employee performance, development, and disciplinary matters
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values
- Provide regular HR reporting and insights to regional and global stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management roles, ideally within an international or tech-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law and HR compliance standards
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently while aligning with global HR frameworks
