About the Opportunity:

Confidas is a boutique asset management, advisory, and investment firm with expertise in alternative investments, focusing on U.S. commercial real estate equity and debt. With offices in New York, Miami, and São Paulo, we serve a global investor base.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team. This position offers hands-on exposure to investment activities in an international environment, with strong potential for learning and growth. We value high professional and ethical standards and are looking for someone committed to building a long-term career with us.

Key Responsibilities

Support our advisory, co-investment, and asset management businesses:

· Investment Underwriting Support:

o Review and assess financial models and documentation.

o Interact with real estate developers and lenders and prepare materials for investment committees.

· Investor Relations:

o Serve as a point of contact for investors, responding to inquiries and coordinating subscriptions and redemptions for the firm's investment products.

· Operational & Financial Oversight:

o Maintain meticulous records of investment positions, transactions, and portfolio holdings to ensure accurate reporting.

o Accurately calculate management fees and other investment-related charges.

o Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

o Help prepare and update marketing materials and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

· Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

· Up to 2 years of experience as an analyst in real estate or financial markets.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Preferred (Nice to Have):

o Experience or knowledge in international investment management and/or real estate.

o Programming and data Analysis skills (VBA, Python, Power BI, Access).
